Disclaimer: Ketamine is an FDA-approved medication used off-label for mental health treatment. I do not prescribe or administer ketamine directly; I collaborate closely with licensed medical providers to ensure safety and alignment with your therapeutic goals. My role is to provide preparation, integration, and supportive therapy alongside this medical care.

Individuals with certain diagnoses including psychotic disorders, active substance use, those currently navigating a traumatic environment, pregnant or nursing individuals, or those with certain medical conditions.

This work may not be appropriate for:

Adults navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, disordered eating, or disconnection who are open to a medically supervised psychedelic modality and are ready to engage in therapy around the experience.

For those feeling stuck in traditional talk therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy offers a deeper path inward. In these 2-hour sessions, we combine the safe, legal use of ketamine with somatic preparation, therapeutic support, and integration work.

This approach helps loosen rigid patterns, open access to your inner healer, and create space for meaningful transformation—especially in trauma, depression, or disconnection.
Each session is grounded, intentional, and tailored to your unique system.

Disclaimer: Psychedelics are not currently legal for therapeutic use in California outside of approved clinical trials. I do not provide, prescribe, or administer these substances. My role is to offer preparation, integration, and therapeutic support around these journeys for those who have already chosen to pursue them independently, helping you process and anchor insights safely and meaningfully.

Any use of psychedelics, and therefore integration work, may not be appropriate for individuals navigating active substance use, certain mental health conditions including psychotic disorders, ongoing trauma in their environment, certain medical conditions, or those who are pregnant or nursing.

This work may not be appropriate for:

Individuals who are exploring or returning from personal psychedelic journeys and are seeking meaningful emotional integration, therapeutic guidance, and a grounded path forward.

This work is designed to support:

These individualized intensives combine two preparation sessions, a full-day (6–8 hour) retreat-style experience for deep integration, and two continued integration sessions after your journey to help you anchor insights into lasting change.

This work is best suited for those ready to engage fully in the therapeutic process surrounding their experience. We weave in IFS, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and meaning-making to ensure your growth feels embodied and grounded. This isn’t just about what happened during your journey — it’s about how you live differently after it.

Group Therapy

therapy groups

A 12-week therapy group for women ready to reconnect with their bodies.
Whether you're in recovery from an eating disorder or simply tired of living at war with your body, this group offers a safe space to rebuild trust and self-compassion.

We’ll blend Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, yoga therapy, and nervous system tools to help you feel more at home in your skin.

Coming Home to Yourself

A group for parents (or future parents) who want to stop cycles of shame, trauma, and body distrust.

In this 12-week experience, we’ll explore how your beliefs about food, body, relationships, and safety were formed—and how to rewrite them so you can model something different for your children. You’ll receive psychoeducation, nervous system regulation strategies, gentle nutrition support, and powerful IFS-based reflection work.

Ending the Legacy

This group combines movement, mindfulness, and skills training to heal the disconnect between body and mind. Each session begins with yoga to create safety in the body, followed by DBT tools to support emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and self-compassion.
You’ll learn how trauma impacts the nervous system—and how to release what’s been stored through breath, posture, and conscious awareness.
